At FortEng we believe that it is essential to the safe operation of a vessel to have electrical surveys completed by qualified, competent and certified electrical marine surveyors.

FortEng’s electrical marine surveyors are AMSA accredited and members of the Australasian Institute of Marine Surveyors. FortEng has extensive electrical experience in many industries. All surveyors have current MSIC and Tasports PIP.

FortEng surveyors work using safe work practises as defined in FortEng’s safety manual. FortEng maintain a duty of care for ourselves and others around us. FortEng train and maintain currency for staff in working at heights, confined spaces, first aid, LV rescue and whitecard.



FortEng provide all electrical surveys using AMSA systems and forms. All survey work is carried out by surveyors who hold an electrical licence under FortEng’s electrical contractor licence (#1509637).


FortEng Marine surveyors are covered by Professional Indemnity (PI) insurance for marine surveying, as required by AMSA
